Overview

Bamboo grows quickly, and can be used instead of tree branches for building or firewood. Bamboos do not produce Logs.

Gathering Behavior

When gathering bamboo branches only 2 are able to be gathered. To collect all 4 available branches the bamboo must be cut down. If the branches are gathered and then the bamboo tree is cut, the cutting will only yield 2 branches, to total 4. As bamboo grows quickly cutting and replanting will yield the most branches, however it comes with the additional task of replanting them.
